Payouts will be paid on the last day of each month following VIPE’s receipt of payment for a Sale; combined Referral Fees must equal or exceed $50.00 (USD) before payment.
Completed W-8 or W-9 tax form or other tax documents ("Required Documents")
Businesses entering into this Agreement ("Affiliate") and approved at VIPE's sole discretion.
